  • Process

This natural coffee is made from carefully selected ripe cherries that are sorted by flotation before being dried whole on raised beds and finished in mechanical dryers. The process enhances sweetness, body, and depth of flavor.

  • Variety

A blend of Red Obata, IAC 125, and Arara. These modern Brazilian cultivars are selected for their resilience and ability to produce sweet, balanced coffees with excellent body.

  • Tasting Notes

Sweet and comforting with notes of honey, peanut brittle, and cacao. A creamy body and lingering sweetness create a rich, satisfying cup.

Producer Profile

Fazenda da Cabana is located in the municipality of Boituva, Brazil, and is owned by Luis Fernando Schettino Moreira. Seeking to elevate the quality of his coffees, Luis Fernando shifted his focus toward the specialty coffee market, partnering with Bourbon Specialty Coffees while adopting organic farm management practices.

Sustainability and quality guide every step of production. Cherries are selectively harvested at peak ripeness, carefully sorted, and dried with precision to preserve their natural sweetness. Through thoughtful farming and meticulous post-harvest processing, Fazenda da Cabana produces coffees that showcase the richness and consistency of Brazil’s finest specialty lots.
