  • Process

This washed coffee undergoes 28–36 hours of fermentation in concrete tanks before being carefully washed and sun-dried for approximately 18 days. The process highlights clarity, sweetness, and the delicate fruit character of the cup.

  • Variety

A blend of Caturra and Colombia varieties grown between 1,500 and 1,700 masl in the mountains of Huila. These cultivars are known for their balanced sweetness, bright acidity, and clean, expressive profiles.

  • Tasting Notes

Bright and delicate with notes of pomelo, pear, and caramel. Juicy citrus acidity meets soft fruit sweetness, creating a balanced cup with a smooth, lingering finish.

Producer Profile

This coffee comes from smallholder farmers in San Agustín, Huila, a region celebrated for its archaeological heritage, mist-covered mountains, and rich coffee-growing traditions. Here, generations of families have cultivated coffee with deep respect for the land, benefiting from the region's fertile soils, high elevations, and favorable climate.

Coffee production in San Agustín combines traditional knowledge with careful post-harvest practices. Farmers selectively handpick ripe cherries, ferment their coffee in concrete tanks, and use traditional sun-drying methods to preserve quality and consistency. Their dedication reflects a strong connection between community, culture, and agriculture, producing coffees that express the distinctive character of southern Huila.

Meet the artist behind the label

My artistic practice stems from an interest in exploring emotions, sensitivity, and self-care as experiences that shape our everyday lives.

I seek to create images that help us recognize what often remains invisible or difficult to express.

The cloud is the central symbol in my work. It emerged from a phrase written by my mother: “Clouds fall because they cannot bear their own weight.”

Through this idea, I came to understand the cloud as a metaphor for emotionality: it changes shape, constantly transforms, and can represent both calm and storm. Like emotions, it is never the same.

I bring these reflections into public spaces and other formats, seeking to create images that invite connection, recognition, and dialogue through everyday experiences.
