Developed in collaboration with Chef James Rigato for Mabel Gray, this blend was carefully roasted to complement the restaurant’s approach to bold, thoughtful flavors. Combining washed Honduran and natural Brazilian coffees, the profile highlights rich dark chocolate character while maintaining enough brightness to create balance and complexity.
