  • Process

This natural coffee is sun-dried on patios at high altitude. The slow drying process enhances sweetness and preserves the vivid fruit character of the cup.

  • Variety

A blend of Bourbon, Catimor, Caturra, and Typica grown between 1,500 and 1,900 masl in the San Martín region. These classic cultivars thrive in Peru’s volcanic soils and humid mountain microclimates.

  • Tasting Notes

Lively and fruit-forward with notes of cascara, black cherry, red apple, and cranberry. A bright cup with juicy acidity and a clean, textured finish.

Producer Profile

In the community of La Victoria, coffee cultivation is a tradition passed down through generations. In 2020, local families came together to form the Cerro Blanco Producers Association (APROCEB), named after the white sand mountain that surrounds them.

This coffee was grown by various members of the cooperative with a shared commitment to environmental sustainability and quality. With support from Eleva Finca, the farmers aim to preserve their cultural and agricultural heritage while elevating their coffees to the global stage. The San Martín region’s biodiversity, combined with high elevations and traditional practices, contributes to the complexity of this expressive lot.

Meet the artist behind the label

Hi, I’m Kathy, a Peruvian illustrator and craft lover who creates colorful worlds inspired by everyday moments and my travels. I enjoy creating illustrations that help people reconnect with their inner child.

This illustration was inspired by the streets of Cusco, Peru, where history lives side by side with daily life. It shows an Andean woman walking with her baby and her alpaca, a simple scene that celebrates roots, love, and the little joys of life.
